Michele Taylor is a 500-hour E-RYT, yoga teacher trainer and owner of Midwest Yoga Academy. She has been teaching yoga since 2009 and brings years of experience leading students through thoughtful, accessible and empowering yoga practices. Michele’s teaching blends clear instruction, practical wisdom, humor and a deep respect for each student’s individual experience. Through her classes and teacher trainings, she helps students build confidence, deepen awareness and connect more fully to their practice both on and off the mat.
