The Trauma-informed Mind & Body Wellbeing Program is designed to support each individual in the following key areas: (1) physical wellbeing, (2) emotional wellbeing, and (3) positive relationships with self and community. Primarily, the goal of the program is to deliver themes and practices that support emotional growth and stress management during active Mind & Body practices. That is, less talking about what it means to grow, be well and manage stress and more practicing growth, stress management, and wellbeing.

It aims to provide yoga instructors with the tools to create a safe and nurturing space for their students to explore and transform their emotional landscape. Techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and the integration of therapeutic approaches will be explored.
**Positive Relationships with Self and Community:**
Beyond the yoga mat, our course equips teachers with the knowledge and skills to foster healthy relationships within themselves and their communities. We explore how yoga can be a tool for self-discovery, self-compassion, and empowerment, thereby promoting a sense of belonging and interconnectedness within the larger community.
